Termination of Agreement

(a) If Licensee shall fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or defaults in any of its obligations under this Agreement and shall fail within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from Licensor to correct such default or noncompliance, Licensor may, at its option, forthwith terminate this Agreement and all Licenses granted hereunder, or the licenses covering the facilities as to which such default or noncompliance shall have occurred; provided, however, that where the nature or circumstances surrounding such default cannot reasonably, in Licensor's sole opinion, be cured within said thirty (30) day period, and further provided that if Licensee has proceeded promptly to cure same and continues to pursue such curing with all diligence, the period for curing such default may be extended for such period of time as may be necessary, in Licensor's reasonable opinion, to complete such curing.
