- All tenants turn ons  for rental property single homes (Exempt: mobile homes, duplexes, condos, apartments)

- All tenants read and leave ons for rental property single homes (Exempt: mobile homes, duplexes, condos, apartments)

- All tenants  installs for rental property single homes (Exempt: mobile homes, duplexes, condos, apartments)

- Please verify if customer is located in the Barnett Reservoir

All Mobile Home Movement:

- Mobile Home Registration (MHR)

Only required for the following:

- A mobile home moved from one county to another

- A mobile home sold (like transferring a car title)

- A mobile home moved to a location where there never has been service (Tech)

- Mississippi State Fire Marshall permit (1-888-648-0877)
