Commercial:        

        - 12 month vacancy

Residential:     

        - 12 month vacancy

All   Mobile Home Movement:

       - Mobile Home Registration (MHR)

                Only required for the following:

                       - A mobile home moved from one county to another

                       - A mobile home sold (like transferring a car title)

                       - A mobile home moved to a location where there never has been service (Tech)

       - Mississippi State Fire Marshall permit (1-888-648-0877)

       - City Permit

EMERGENCY DISCONNECT DUE TO WEATHER:

      - electrician from the City of Clarksdale EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS list performs repairs

      - electrician may contact the electrical power company to have electrical power restored

      - Issue an emergency reconnect work order

      - Issue a PERM ticket.  The Permit Desk will follow up to ensure that the location meets proper permitting requirements

      - Advise the customer that the location will be subject to disconnection if  Permit is not received the next business day
