Within town limits Permit Office

Electrical permit or inspection for one or more of the following:

Commercial:  (Name must match.)

- Construction temporary (permit needed only if on contruction trailer)

- Construction permanent

- All turn ons

- All installs

- All read & leave ons

- Any structure movement

Residential: (Name must match.)

- Construction temporary (permit needed only if on contruction trailer)

- Construction permanent

- All turn ons (Exceptions: apartments and disconnect for nonpay (same customer))

- All installs

- All read & leave ons (Exceptions: apartments and disconnect for nonpay (same customer))

- Any structure movement

All Mobile Home Movement:

- Mobile Home Registration (MHR)

Only required for the following:

- A mobile home moved from one county to another

- A mobile home sold (like transferring a car title)

- A mobile home moved to a location where there never has been service (Tech)

 - Mississippi State Fire Marshall permit (1-888-648-0877)

- City permits
