- Construction permanent
- All turn ons (Apartment Owners are EXEMPT (tenants will need permits)
- All installs (Apartment Owners are EXEMPT (tenants will need permits)
- All read & leave ons (Apartment Owners are EXEMPT (tenants will need permits)
- Any structure movement
- Fire
- For all single family rental property: Homeowner must first obtain permit before any tenant will be issued one.
- Rewire, Upgrade, Repair
- Names must match
All Mobile Home Movement:
- Mobile Home Registration (MHR)
Only required for the following:
- A mobile home moved from one county to another
- A mobile home sold (like transferring a car title)
- A mobile home moved to a location where there never has been service (Tech)
- Mississippi State Fire Marshall permit (1-888-648-0877)
- City permits
