Tianna Raby
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs

Tianna H. Raby serves as vice president of regulatory affairs, where she leads Entergy Mississippi’s regulatory affairs organization, which is a key partner to the Mississippi Public Service Commission.
Prior to her appointment in 2025, she served as assistant general counsel, overseeing regulatory legal matters for the company. Raby joined Entergy in October 2014 as senior counsel in the litigation group of the legal department and in 2017 and was named managing counsel. While in litigation, she managed casualty and commercial ligation matters. In 2019, she began serving as managing counsel in legal regulatory and advanced to serve in her current role in 2020.
Prior to her career at Entergy Mississippi, Raby was a partner in the Jackson office of a civil litigation defense firm where she defended clients in a wide spectrum of claims including product liability, personal injury, professional liability, toxic tort, and various commercial disputes. She also served on the firm’s recruiting committee and was a founding co-chair of the firm’s diversity committee.
Raby graduated from Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in human communications and earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University. Raby is a member of both the Mississippi State Bar and the Louisiana State Bar.
As an active community volunteer, Raby supports the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyer Program and serves on the Advisory Council for the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., The Links, Inc., and the Junior League of Jackson.
A native of Meridian, she has lived across the U.S. and abroad.
